Community Guidelines
Our Promise
Oive.io is a trusted and transparent place to read employee reviews posted by real Users as `contributors`, prepare for interviews with tips and interview advice, discover employees, get salary insights, and do lots more! Here, we have compiled our principles and guidelines to ensure that all our community members and non-members access authentic, transparent, and valuable interview and Former employee feedback related information. We reserve our rights to moderate the text of reviews or comments submitted on our site, and it is at our sole discretion. We may remove content if we believe that employeers were incentivized to or coerced into leaving the content. We apply the same standard of review for all content (whether or not the content involves an employer client of Oive.io). We moderate every piece of content thoroughly. The first gate of review is technological. We apply proprietary technology that analyzes multiple attributes of the content. If the content does not pass technological review, a team of human moderators review the content to determine if it meets our guidelines. Additionally, a human always moderates any piece of content that is flagged for a secondary review. We use proprietary technology filters & algorithms to detect attempted spamming, abuse and gaming. We stay neutral in all cases of dispute; we don’t take sides and we don’t act as the finder of fact with respect to review content. We encourage employers to contribute on employee profile.

Reviews Guidelines
Millions of companies rely on Oive’s company reviews, interview reviews, interview advice and tips, salary information and other employeer-submitted content to prepare for interviews. Please follow these guidelines to ensure everyone can benefit from a useful, balanced, and authentic community. Your review should be truthful and must constitute your own personal opinion and experience with your interview candidate, Former employees and Not Joined. We expect you to stand in favor of your statements expressed in your content. We would encourage each individual to submit only one review per review type (Former employee review, interview review and Not Joined review.). We encourage you to think from every possible perspective and include both pro and con statements to provide a thoroughly balanced review. Even if it is not mandatory, at Oive.io we believe that a balanced review can make for a better community experience. We believe this information is generally representative of a employee behaviours, skill and can be highly informative to our users. We realize that while you are talking about work, you may get emotionally charged. But we don’t approve reviews that include certain profanities, threats of violence, racism, or discriminatory language targeted at an individual or group. General discussions of workplace misconduct are allowed, including most discussions of illegal activities, discrimination, and sexual harassment. If a particular review gets flagged or reported, removing it completely would be at our sole discretion. We would like all reviews to be 100% original – without any substantial quoted material from other sources, including (but not limited to) websites, e-mail correspondence, other reviews, etc. Also, your review will be more credible if you use good grammar, spelling and punctuation. Your writing doesn’t have to be perfect, but it should be at least understandable. We reject reviews with excessive capitalization, gibberish, or filler words/special characters.
